Luke made this thing, I have no idea what I'm doing but I thought I'd write some stuff on here.
We are finally off tour, it feels good to be home and hanging with other friends I have missed. You really get sick of being around the same 4 guys for 9 months outa the year, sharing the same 10ft by 6 foot box on wheels with them... So I'm def enjoying this.
But being home isnt much of an escape either. Since we have been home my guitar has not left my hands. I have been writing nonstop either my solo stuff, or Oh sleeper songs. Im really pushing my limits with the crap Im writing for OS...ridiculous solos and riffs that push my creativity. Ive been singing constantly also, and Im getting so comfortable with my voice. Cant wait to put it on a cd.
OS has taken alot of hits in the past few weeks, Huge terrifying hits. We could use some encouragment. srsly.

just letting you guys know, I love your music. I mean I like the sound, but the words are brutally honest. They're a refreshing break from the fake masks I feel like I wear so much of the time. Thanks for being a blessing. God bless!

OS has done AMAZING things for the hardcore genre. You have completely raised the bar. You've written some of the best lyrics I've ever read. And the musical aspect compliments those lyrics PERFECTLY. I am challenged and encouraged every time I play your CD. I can't help but scream/sing along with every word...
God is totally using you guys. I know it's hard living a musician's life; constantly traveling and hardly being home. But it is NOT in vain. You have incredible gifts musically and incredible gifts in the way you relate to people.

I saw you in Manchester, UK. I travelled for hours on a bus just to see you guys. You were amazing and totally worth it. Great performance.
'When I am God' was my favourite CD of 2007 just because the words in it were so inspiring. They simply spoke truth and were enough to change lives. My favourite band lyrically is mewithoutYou and lyrically I believe Oh, Sleeper is definitely up there on par with that.
Well, I'm praying for you guys. You've made a difference. Not in a cheesy pop way - "Oh my, they are so amazing I love them and want to get their autograph and steal their pants" - not in that kind of way. But in a real, a truthful and gritty way.
So keep it up. Write passionately and from the heart. Listen to Him. Do it.

You Guys r amazing..... I saw you in Orlando 6/28/08 and at the Red Door IN pensacola.... My son was into a Satan band and you guys saved his life do not stop what you r doing.... I pray for all the band each night and support you all I can... Thank You a greatful MOM

Alright fellas, here comes something that I hope will be encouraging.
I found out about your music less than 4 days ago, and all I have done - constantly - is listen to the album. That is not a joke, or over-exaggeration. Within the past couple of weeks, I've come to realize just how much I need God in my life, and you've punctuated that fact. I find it really sad how many people turn a blind eye upon ANY Solid State or any metal band with religious content just because of the way that the message is presented.
All you need to keep in mind is that you are doing something that few people have the nads to do, both by being musicians and by being messengers of The Word, and of morals and ideas.
I adore you all as both Artists, and as friends. Friends look out for each other, and since you've already done your part by gracing me with your thoughts, this is my way of thanking you.
